Crosstalk between different cell types in the tumor microenvironment. TAMs, CAFs, NK cells, T cells, lymphocytes, and other cells present in the tumor microenvironment modulate each other by secreting different cytokines and chemokines. This crosstalk promotes ECM remodeling and angiogenesis and causes immune suppression in the breast cancer microenvironment
